Collier London offers refund or exchange on any item purchased within 14 days from receiving your item. Returns are not accepted on bespoke and personalized items.

We are happy to replace or refund  items if they are the wrong size or if they arrived defective or damaged. 

Please follow the instructions below to return your item:

*Returned items must be unused and in the condition you received them in.
*Returned items must have any supplied tags including Collier London security tags still attached and be in their original packaging.
